LESSON 9 Connecting your bits

Lesson 9 will be connecting your pieces together.

 Pin your motifs to your pattern so you can stitch them down.

Choose the thread you have dyed or purchased to do the connecting.

These have all been dyed.  Some colors are difficult to match up.

Now begin the connecting of the motifs.  This dress has disconnected motifs so a netting is a good way for a beginner to put them all together.

The motifs below are crocheted together as you make them. Each section will be added as it is made.  In this type of dress you dye the finished garment.
